2.1 Booking Confirmation

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Room rates are quoted in Hungarian Forint (HUF) and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

2.2 Check-in and Check-out

• Standard check-in time: 3:00 PM
• Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability and additional charges
• Valid government-issued photo identification required at check-in

2.3 Cancellation Policy

• Standard reservations: Cancel up to 24 hours before arrival without penalty
• Special packages and promotional rates may have different cancellation policies
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation
• Group bookings (10+ rooms) have separate cancellation terms

3.1 Age Requirements

Casino access is restricted to individuals 18 years of age or older. Valid identification must be presented upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual.

3.2 Gaming Rules

• All gaming is subject to Hungarian gaming laws and regulations
• Casino management decisions are final
• Maximum betting limits apply to all games
• Disputes must be reported immediately to casino management

3.3 Responsible Gaming

4.1 Health & Safety

Guests with medical conditions should consult their physician before using spa facilities. Pregnant women and individuals with heart conditions should avoid thermal pools and saunas.

4.2 Spa Etiquette

• Appropriate swimwear required in all pool areas
• Shower before entering thermal pools
• Silence zones must be respected
• Mobile phones prohibited in treatment areas

4.3 Treatment Cancellations

Spa treatments must be cancelled at least 4 hours in advance to avoid charges. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time.

5.1 Acceptable Behavior

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests or interfere with hotel operations. We reserve the right to remove guests who violate this policy without refund.

5.2 Smoking Policy

Royal Budapest is a smoke-free property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Violation of this policy will result in cleaning fees.

5.3 Damage & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay. Additional charges will be applied to the guest's account for repairs or replacement.
